Until yesterday the above worked perfectly,then Sunday Morning,all electrics had tripped, everytime I turned the dishwasher on it trips them all off.
There is a small amount of water left in the machine?

It depends if it is the Circuit Breaker tripping because of a short or the Earth Leakage tripping because of leakage to the frame of the machine.
If everything in the house goes out then it will be the Earth Leakage, water may have got into the electrics, but unless you know anything about electrics the machine needs throwing.
