how can i fix my toyota rs 2000?

no matter what tension i put it on it stitches 1 or 2 stiches then the needle becomes unthreaded what is wrong with it please can someone help me

Hello Jeanette,
When you thread te machine make sure the presser foot is up sothe thread goes between the tension discs and not to one side which is a common mistake, top tension should be between 4 and 6, make sure the nedle is in the correct way round.
