Fix Fault Elna 8000

How to open an Elna 8000 sewing machine. I removed 3 screws from the back but that didnt open the backside

bobbin pops out when selecting different stitch on elna 8000

The small plastic screw that fits under feed dogs, split thus I cannot raise and lower the feed dogs. Is there anywhere that I can buy this small plastic screw
