why wont the new belt stay on my servis m3042m?

the new belt stayed on for two washes and now will not even stay on when it is being fitted it is aservis m3042m

Double check to make sure it is the recommended belt. then check to make sure your pulley is properly aligned. Any woble or misdirection will cause the belt to slide off.
