I bought a model ss-1000 and a 1400. Both quit after a few uses, why?
I had the same trouble as Danita, but with 2 different models. Both only worked a few times. After about 12 times with the ss-1000 and 2 times with the 1400 they spraying out steam. The steam would build up but no steam came out when I pressed the nozze. When they worked they worked good. What can I do. The company seams to be hiding.
