I'll having same kind off problem...
I can't do nothing because my computer dont see the mp3Player, I can only navigate and listen the chinese music.
What program must I use for charge my mp3Player whith my music ?

yeh same. i know how to operate everything except the damn movie thing. i put the movie file in any section and still it says there is no file on the mp3. The manual is in chinese and also the pictures look nowhere near my mp3.

I'll having same kind off problem...
I bought Baisite MP-3 player from Beijing. Instruction manual wasn't for model i bought. Anyway I managed to learn most important actions off my palyer...

What's your problem..?
