A relative did an oil change on my car and ever since then my car has felt funny. Others have said it seems like my timing is out. Can you tell me how to re-set it an what it should be.

The ignition timing is set on these as there is a coil pack rather than a distributor. Maybe your relative has disconnected an air pipe somewhere on the system - easily done. Check around the air filter area, looking for any 10mm pipes that may have come adrift.
