Canon Zr100 won't keep the tape in?

When I put in a new tape it immediately ejects it. I have no idea why this is. is there an easy fix a guy could do himself?

Answer is simple.

Save £100 then you send it back to canon.

At least, I have the same issue and that is what they are saying it will cost (depsite the camera being only £20 more to buy new!!!
