The C-2255 error code has to do with motors not being able to turn in the unit. The Most common cause of this is during imaging unit replacement where the developer is caked and needs to be shaken loose. Simply remove the imaging units one at a time and shake them vigorously from side to side a few times. This should loosen up the caked developer and allow the rollers to turn. Be sure to hold the dust cover door closed to keep toner from getting out.
