power on set all systems to desired cycle press start water pipes give a kick but will not fill pauses here and will not advance any further tried to just spin kicked in but stopped after 2-3 seconds aquacycle 1400 zanussi
my washer sounds like its starting a cycle and then just stops.. filter is clear

Sounds like a problem with the water level sensing system. Machine thinks its full of water -round air operated pressure switch under top cover - blocked air pipe or faulty switch. Check out www.2ndwave.co.uk/manual.html
