Well i was putting music on it and worked perfectly but then it come up with *An Error Occurred* and the error details *The directory or file cannot be created.* How do i fix it??
format the drive by going into my computer when it is connected and right click on the player go down to format... then click start when the window pops up. that is how i fixed mine
