Hot water not very hot from Sime Friendly Format 100E combi boiler?

I have just moved into a house with a Sime Friendly Format 100E combi boiler. The central heating appears to be ok but the hot water temperature seems low. Any ideas about the possible causes and what it's likely to cost me to put right.
