hello, i brought a ford 6000 off ebay. when i plugged it in. it asked for the code which i entered, then press 5, and turned itselfs off. i took it back out and the egnition live, and it was only on the permament live, now when i enter code and press 5, it asks for code again, has anyone got any suggestions? thank you

hello again, i have them the right way round now, who ever had the car before me messed around with the wires? do you know of anywhere where i can get a diagram which says which wire is what color coded and where it goes?

Hi Charlie, there should be two supplies one a live battery feed and the other switched ignition supply, pin A1 is the battery feed and pin A3 is the ignition supply plug A is nearest the centre of the unit.

took it back out and the egnition live
i took it back out and plugged the iginition live in as was only on the permament live
