How do you discharge a capacitor in a microwave to change a fuse?

Hi There

I have a Delonghi microwave and from reading on this website it looks like my fuse is blown. How can one safely replace the 5kV 0.7A glass fuse. I am worried that the capacitor may be a safety problem as this is the first time I am trying this.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

I strongly recommend you don't try to discharge the capacitor. You should get a qualified technician to do the repair for you.
If something should go wrong you could end up in Hospital, or worse!! I can't stress this point strongly enough!!
