I have a Ford 6006E car radio and the radio has stopped working on all bands and frequencys, however, it now picks up passing planes - the Cd has continued to work ok. Any ideas?

Not got a solution, but I have got a similar problem with my 6006e. About a month ago the radio started to cut out while on FM, it works for about 10 minutes each time then dies. AM and LW frequencies and the cd player are ok. It's not a local signal problem either.
