What does the fault code IE mean on my LG Intellowasher.

She runs part through wash or rise cycles then flashes
IE code at me and stops

IE - slow water fill. Check for kinks in the water hoses if ok turn off at taps, remove hoses and check the plastic filters in the valve inlet connection.
