Hoover 1300 Special Edition?

My Hoover 1300 sepcial edition washing doesn't go into the final spin i have checked the brushes which are ok. no blokages that i can see.

Can anyone instruct me on how to fix, what could be the problem or how to obtain a free repair manual

punit says ,hi,there,i have too hoover 1300,tray to resolder PCB bord on botom left side ,there is a triack and others components,resoldere it.
and tray to clean the pipes from the pump area using a wire.
I was around bcz i need a users manual for same machine.

Sounds like a problem with the motor control board if youve checked the brushes. Replacement of board only real option. WASHING MACHINE SERVICE AND REPAIR MANUAL.
