I have a multi changer in my bmw e46 and it seems to have stopped working, the discs jam and it won't go through its check procedure can anyone help? or does anyone know where it could be fixed. Thanks

The answer is simple, dont go to BMW for the repair as they will try and sell you a new unit for £400.

Go to www.mtlab.co.uk ( East London ) these guys fixed my E46 CD Changer with a "No Disc" problem. Fixed price £80 in April 08.

Can you let me have details of the place that repaired yours as I have the same issue?

Also, my display (in centre of dashboard) has lost pixels and I think it's getting worse. Can anyone explain how to repair or why it's happening?

Hi Andrew, not sure when you posted your question. I had the same problem with my unit on my E46 330. Dashboard displayed No CD. Bmw say you cant fix it.

I used a repair place in East London, dont have the details at hand, but if you are interested drop me a line at johnquatermaine@hotmail.com and I'll forward the details. The repair, irrespective of the fault was £80 and the unit works fine now.
