Water not entering the washind machine?

I have just shifted home and fixed my washing machine. Unfortunately water does not enter the inlet pipes (red or blue). The main water inlet pipe is open but inspite of this no water enter into the machine.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

Check to make sure you have continuity at the fill valve or make sure you have power there. No continuity means bad inlet valve.
