On the back of the mainboard, there will be two connections. connect them to reset the password. Call the PC maker for the location.

sometimes I think can reset them by pulling the battey out of motherboard for 30 mins

Enter the password that you set on it. Those passwords are designed to make stolen laptops into scrap because they usually need a new motherboard to fix it.
