water leak from boiler?

i have a leak from my one year old sime 100c format boiler- the problem is i cant find where it is coming from- i think it is from the nut at the top of the black plastic "L" shaped device at the front left side but it must be leaking at night when it cools down - what is the plastic thing and any ideas how to trace the actual leak

theyre is a product called sentinel leak sealer , you put in the system and hopefully will find your leak and seal it ,works on minor leaks
