E14 is a problem with the heater or thermistor(temperature sensor). Power off, remove back cover. Heater is located at bottom of drum as is thermistor. Disconnect wiring, undo central mounting nut and prise heater or thermistor out of its rubber seal - may require some effort. Replace component(s), use sealant when refitting rubber seal of either item.
