The drum is tilted forward so that the bottom rear pulley bangs on back panel during spinning. Drum suspension has one spring either side, should there be a third at front or back, no sign of one.

possibly a problem with the dampers - look at the lower part of drum. they look like a pair of shock absorbers, sounds like one has jumped out of its mountings
