my washer has decided to play up, it is just flashing green on pre wash, and the ready green light is not flashing. any help would be appreciated

My Beko wma510w wasing machine works, looks and sounds great on an empty cycle. As soon as I put clothes in (have tried a half load and a full load) it sounds like it's banging on something, it makes a hell of a racket and the drum is moving all over the place. Have lookes at all the suspension brackets and the y all look intact.

ive found a solution on another question.

i had to switch off,
switch back on
hold start button for 3 seconds
switch off and on again

this fixed the problem so if anyone else has same prob just do the above steps
