What is suspending your email? It sounds as though either security software on your machine, or your ISP, has imposed a temporary block.

I have seen this be done when a user is sending too many emails within a short period. This is done because this would catch someone using an account to send bulk spam messages.

Could your usage have been mistaken for a spammer? Check if you have software which protects you from this. Some Anti-virus software and some Firewall software packages have this protection in case your PC is taken over by a spam-bot. If this doesn't solve it ask your ISP.
