spin problems (ariston resource AB1036T)?

ariston resource AB1036T : my washer wont spin at full speed, it will do the full wash cycle i have done everting possible
checked all pumps, pipes and filters checked the belt replaced the carbon brushes all A ok so heres the unusual thing when i take the lid of the washer and push down on the drum, it spins perfectly. it cant be the motor i dont think coz that is attached to drum casing underneath. the only thing i can see the drum casing attached to apart from the springs at the top is a pair of greased what look like shock absorbers i think.. i hope someone can help its very strange.. thanks

i found the problem with mine it was the pressure chamber ( it tells the machine if the washer has water in it if it thinks there is still water in the machine then it wont spin )underneath the drum ( a long hollow tube ) connected to the drum outlet and a thick black wire going back to the top of the machine, well the chamber should have a clip around it and this in turn clips onto the metal rim on the drum casing. i clipped it back on the casing and it works perfectley. hope this helps.
