filter blockage or drain pump problem machine cannot spin if water is still in drum filter is located behind the front kick panel ease off panel to see a black circle on right(filter/pump)
Place the drain outlet pipe into a bowl lower to ground water should flow be prepared to empty the bowl 2or 3 times this will get rid of MOST of the water, tip washer slightly backwards and with a old towel under the filter undo and clean out any obstructions in the filter and around the impeller , check pump for operation,/ be prepared to replace pump.
