Hotpoint WD645 Washer/Dryer- Error Code F-05?

My washing machine is full of water will not spin or empty and has come up with error code F-05.
Has anyone any ideas what this means?

have you check the filter (assuming it has one).f5 seems to be pressure system fault or blocked.
