i have a g2g dvd player powers on reads DVD but keeps reading close?

dvd powers up reads disc loading then close keeps repeating this cycle. it is a G2G Gear Brand model dvd708 dc 12V, 3A

I put a piece of tape on the left lower corner of the door and that solved our problem. It works fine now. I don't know what the real problem is or why it started to do the same thing yours is doing. Best of luck.
