One radiator out?

I bleed the radiator until all the air was out, but no water came out. The radiator is ice cold as well as the pipe coming from the ground. It was working fine all winter until a week ago. What do you think is causing it and is it something I can fix or should I call a professional?

if all the air has come out of the radiator then you would get water coming out.this is how you know you have bled the air out.is it a combi system?.if so the pressure in the system may have dropped to zero on gauge hence no water.also check valves on both ends of radiator are switched on and letting water into radiator.only other thing is you have an air lock within system

Turn off all other rads apart from maybe 1 other and leave bleed valve out for awhile there is an airlock somewhere
