my washing machine doesnt seem to be draining water, checked filter and hose and also changed outlet water pump but there is still water in the drum. Is there any other things i could try?
check the other end of the drain pipe to check if its blocked there. under the sink or where ever it goes

if all else is clear then you need to check pump.check there is nothing wrapped around or jammed in the impellor before buying a new one.this may require you to remove it to see.
