how do I stop leak on wahing powder tray on Hotpoint Aquarius 1100?
The washing powder tray tends to leak water down the front of the machine during washing. Not big amount, but enough to leave a small pool on floor. Any ideas on the cause. No build up of powder stopping draw fully closing. No visible seals when draw is withdrawn for cleaning, etc.
(1) check machine is standing level on floor, (2) check the incoming jet holes in the tray drawer partly blocked misdirecting the water, (3) excessive water pressure, reduce at the mains stopcock
