How can I fix a pipe that is backing up?(sorry, no make or model here)?

I am having a problem with the drain pipe for my washing machine. It is the pipe the drain hose from the washer fits into. When the washer spins the water out, the pipe backs up and water runs out in the floor! I have tried snaking the pipe, boiling water, drain cleaner, everything I can think of, and it STILL backs up and overflows. HOW can I fix this problem before my floor and wall is ruined?

I had this problem with my washing machine, the washing powder had gone solid in the pipe going to the drain could not get a long enough wire to ram down the pipe so cut plastic pipe where there was a right angle bend and was going to feed wire in both direction to find blockage, but it was in the bend and the fluff and washing powder had gone solid.
