had synergy 3100 for number of year suddenly its saying not reg then can get it to say register when press menu press agin it says bs1 2 3 4 press a number it says pin never had a pin for it entered 1 2 3 4 now search 2 can you help get it going again

Sounds like the normal registration of handset to base. Press until you get the MENU screen. When it flashes BS 1 2 3 4 , it is asking which base to register to. Press 1. When it asks for the PIN press 0000. It should then search, register the handset to the base and work properly. At least, that's how mine works cos I just redid it to check.
