My washing machine will wash and spin, but when the spin cycle is over and i take the clothes out they're still a bit wet not alot but i can wring some water out. I have double spin and it get's a little better what is the problem and how do i open the machine from the back or top. thank you

check filter and hoses for blockage sounds like it taking a long time to empty so wont spin untill all the water has gone
