I pushed on the screen and i now have a black blob on my screen and a crack, i think it is inside the screen and not the actual screen, could you please tell me what i can do, can you buy the inside of the screen?, if so how much would they cost?

You would have to buy a screen for that. The insides of screens are made up of crystals. If you tear away the front part of the screen, you will make contact with several thousands of crystals. Have a look on ebay for a screen, or get in contact with PC World. The TechGuys repair these laptops and they will be able to supply a screen but unsure as to whether just the screen can be bought without a mandatory fitment as well
