Wrong category but here goes.
First check the fuses and flush switch are ok. If they are follow below.[ You should hear a click if the switch is working.]
Yes possibly.
Turn on the 12volt system inc lighting.
Switch the 12volt light in the toilet or one which you can see from the toilet. Press the flush button and watch the light to see if the light fluctuates/dims slightly. If it does you know power is getting to the pump so it's probable the impellar has jammed. Now remove the toilet roll holder that's set in the water tank, it just pulls out. You will see the pump in a plastic cage un-do the screw at the bottom of the cage and lfit out the pump and cage. turn the pump up so base is facing you and with a small screwdriver try gently turning the pump impeller keep turning it untill it runs free you can squir a very little amount of WD40 on the shaft. No, don't fix it back but drop the pump back in the tank if water is in it or in a bowl,bucket so it's submerged then press the flush button again an it should work. If it still doesn't work then you first have to make sure their IS current getting to the pump by using a tester. If it is then it's a new pump.
DON'T pull the old pump and cable out or you'll have to dismantle the toilet to get the new cable into the switch/flush knob. Just pull off the flush suction pipe and cut the cable about 6inches from the pump fit the new pump using a small electrical block terminal and tape it well. Make sure you connect each of the cables correct.
One will have a tracer [two colours] eg: black with white tracer would go together with say the old may be brown and red tracer. The other on either cable just itself colour. ie plain red,white or a black.
