Had a philips recorder. Got in touch with Philips who sent a disc to repair fault. Put disc in machine and the machine was worse than before. Ended up taking back to shop on Philips instructions, they repaired it but 4 weeks later it broke again. Ended up with a refund as this seems to be a fault in the machine.
