How can I fix my corrupt 2GB Kingston Micro SD card that now shows as RAW file system and not FAT32 on my computer.

When I try to format it windows says that the “disk” is not inserted, please insert a disk and try again.

Please help I think the factory Boot record (Master Boot record) (the one that has information about what the device is and its capacity) is corrupt, is there any way of fixing this, maybe through a DOS program that can completely reset the card?

Contact the Manufacturer for a R.M.A

And in the future don't use Cheap Readers or Cheap Cards or adaptors.

I read a lot of errors with Kingston I think they are easy to damage or to coroupt the I.d.

But hey you have the Life time warranty, so take it easy ;)
