F29 is that the boiler has attempted to ignite and after the third time it has still failed so locked out. If you press the manual ignition button ( flame with a cross through it - hold it in for a second ) then the boiler should ignite.

This is the same fault i have with a Turbo Max and what the manual says the fault code is. It is an intermittant fault so
I had my boiler serviced and it was suggested if the problem re-occurs then replace the ignitor/electrode. This is proving a bit tricky with getting the right part number etc.
