DC04 Suddently developed very loud Gear Grating noise and Brush jamed. Nothing restricting the brush assembly but sounds as if there is a gear grinding teeth on teeth at motor end where power is presumadly transferred to the belt drive.

How do I access it to identify the problem and replace parts?

Hi Problem is faulty clutch assembly.
Look on ebay uk for clutch servicing on dc04 there are servicing discs for sale there.
