where do I find the drivers for emachines E3050 motherboard?

Wildman here got everything back up and running with no problems. Did all the work myself. Worth the time and headache. If you do this on your own , it's easy to do, just make sure you get a tube of heat sink for the back side of you chip to keep it cool.

Got a T2484 with shut down problems. After reading board after board, trying everything, I sent for a power suppy (NEW)and motherboard (reman 90 day war) both off ebay. First my speakers stopped working. Well let them go. Then a month later Printer not working. All USB ports dead front and rear. Ran recovery CDs still all the same problems above plus Floppy drive has no power. If i hit "restart" to reboot, PC shuts down and have to let sit for 1 hour b4 it restarts. If I click "shutdown" it will start back up. So will post back after I replace parts and let you all know what happens. For me the 2 parts was $90 not bad but a pain to deal with. Having to go to the library to print stuff sucks!!!

Yes I know about all these problems with Emachines,Advent and Medion. They all use the same motherboard, i supply the motherboards to repair them. They all have the same inherant problem with the processor socket power supply plug. The high street shops would have you throw the pc away!! email me compdoctor2005(at)btinternet.com
Thanks for the answer but I don't need local shops, as a computer engineer I am hoping to offer the help to other users, instead of them being ripped off by the loacl shops.

is this an emachines 420?..

ive had a couple of these to fix with faulty motherboards..

the problem is it might not just be your motherboard, in some cases its the power supply unit aswell and sometimes even other hardware (i.e HDD, CPU etc..)

i found out by testing the mother board with a different psu and vice versa but if you havent got a spare mobo/psu i suggest talking it to a local shop for them to have a look at it
