how to tighten the seal around my double glazed door?

Driving wind and rain are forcing water up and through the top of my double glazed back door,causing my kitchen to get soaked.how do i tighten the seal to stop this happening?

if its a flat gasket that is fitted around door and frame ?if so replace it with bubble seal as it will give a better seal and should rectify the prob,hope this helps
