Our bathroom upvc window handle does not engage with the bolts, so the window remains locked shut regardless of whether it is locked on the handle or not. What are the options?

Well Trevor,

That bathroom will get very damp and mouldy while you wait for an answer on here. It seems that you have to remove the beading and then the glass - the lock is then accessible and can be replaced, the bolts can remain provided the whole thing functions.
