Everything works... turntable turns, light on and it sounds as if its working, but it does not heat my food. Why?

My wife left a towel over the vents when she heated her breakfast, and it has not worked since.

A microwave oven? Guess the magnetron (radio wave heater unit) has packed in as it couldn't cool itself. You'll probably have to treat her to a new oven as you won't be able to buy the parts yourself due to the danger element involved. You know she's worth it......!
