I have Whirlpool DU8150XB-1 Dishwasher. I can't seem to move it?

I need to get to the back of the Dishwasher to check the Water Inlet valve, but it seems stuck under the counter top. I've tried pulling but it won't come forward, we haven't moved it ever so I'm not sure if its just stuck or there are some wheels you need to set down. Can't seem to pop out or remove the lower front plastic cover. There is a metal panel at the front bottom that goes right down to the floor. Maybe need to remove that and do something?

OK, I discovered it was a built in and found there were two screw holding it into the cabinet just behind the top of the Door, have to open door to see them. The water inlet valve Solenoid coil was an "open circuit". Checked resistance of new solenoid and it was about 330 ohms. Changed valve out for a new one and the Dishwasher is working fine now.

Likely there are two fixed feet and two mobile castors - if you rock the machine backwards and tug, it will come free. Dead heavy though!
