Could have leak - check pressure relief valve. First check to see if pipe that leads to outside is dripping water - then check pipework inside.
Pressure relief valve will cost about £7 at plumbworld - don't let your plumber supply it!!!!. About 10 minutes to install.
Whilst you're at plumbworld - pick up a few (3 pack) 2 amp fuses...just in case
