lexmark X1100 not compatable with windows vista?

Trying to install printer 3 in one Lexmark to hp windows vista laptop, advises cannot connect

i would like to know if this is th case with the lexmark x1100,because i inserted the lexmark disk to load up the printer etc, and the disk continued to run , but nothing happened.
