How can i fix my Homelite textron Chainsaw?

my homelite textron idle to high how can i fix it. it is also hard to start.

1st of all what Model is it? as far as the high idle, You'll see 3 small screws on the side of Your saw. The biggest one of the 3 is Your idle adjustment, once you have the saw running, slowly turn the screw counter clockwise until #1 the chain stops and #2 just fast enough to keep your saw running after it's warmed up. You might turn one of the smaller screws thats marked with an H a quarter of a turn either way to help your saw start easier. then You may have to re-adjust you idle once again.
