It is a known design problem, and thanks to the BBC's Watchdog programme, Samsung have now offered free callout and repair to any RS21-series fridge-freezer for a period of FIVE years from date of purchase. Call Samsung customer service on 0800-9880123 to book a visit. I've just received this info from Comet, but have not had the repair done yet.
